Ethiopia is a gene base of coffee species, where there are many types of coffee trees, many of which are wild species, which create the rich flavor of Ethiopian coffee beans. Different treatments will also give coffee beans different flavor characteristics, coffee of sun treatment has a lot of flower fragrance and berry flavor; coffee treated with washing method will have jasmine or lemon grass flavor, the taste is more clean and bright.
